Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders submitted on www.emmalomax-usa.com are processed between 9:00AM and 3:30PM (PST) Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Our items are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information after the product has left our warehouse. UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.
UPS/FedEx Ground service requires 1-6 business days for delivery within the continental US. Please consult map below do determine estimated delivery times to your area.
We offer the following expedited delivery services: UPS/FedEx Guaranteed 3-Day, UPS FedEx Guaranteed 2-Day, and UPS/FedEx Guaranteed Next Day.

Free Shipping (ground only) Offers
For Free Shipping (ground only), you must select the "Free Shipping (ground only) " option at checkout. Standard ground shipping charges will be deducted from your order when you make a purchase for the amount required by the promotion.
Free Shipping offer available to US Delivery addresses, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
For promotions offering Free Shipping (ground only) on specific products, shipping charges will be deducted for the entire order.

Shipment tracking is a service provided by the carrier chosen for the delivery of your package. Each carrier assigns a unique tracking code to your package once that package is recorded as being in their system, i.e. has actually left our distribution warehouse. We are given access to these tracking codes by the carrier once a package is shipped. Until the carrier assigns these tracking codes, we cannot provide you access to tracking codes.
